Matrix is a company with a limited liability located in Cairo it was established in at first Matrix worked with Philips as a distributor and then promoted to be as a value-added partner for 4 years now with business volume up to 2M EUR yearly!
We got to know the VAP program in 2014 through Africa management, they had a vision that Matrix can work in this program and we always try to be up to standard.
The Value-added partner program supported our company a lot, by the information, training and technical assistance done by Signify, we succeeded to increase our portfolio and have selling edge by having more qualifications starting from designing process till the commissioning startup phase.
The VAP program helped in improving our team performance with a lot of trainings in different Philips training centers around the world that helps us to have a competitive edge in a lot of projects related to controls specially PCK (Philips color kinetics) and this improved our relations with most of the engineering stakeholders in the market.
Matrix was recognized as the best distributor all over Africa in 2014 for achieving the highest growth and in VAP summit 2017 with the best outdoor project worldwide according to people’s voting.
Signify is expanding the portfolio with the new IOT platform ‘’Interact’’ which will affect our business positively, and we are working on increasing the awareness in the market with the support of Signify team to continue our success together and moving forward.
